DonateYourStuff.ca provides free scheduled donation pickup for qualifying Halloween costumes, decorations and décor across the GTA and select surrounding communities. We accept adult and children’s costumes, masks, wigs, costume accessories, indoor and outdoor decorations, tabletop décor and working animated or lighted Halloween decorations.
Costumes should be clean, complete and ready to wear, with matching pieces and accessories kept together whenever possible. Decorations should be clean, complete and safe to use, while powered decorations should work properly and include the cords, adapters, battery covers or other parts needed to operate them.
Submit a pickup request with your location, the approximate number of costumes, boxes, bags and storage containers, along with a general description of what you have. We will review your request and contact you by email about pickup availability.

ow Much Halloween Décor & How Many Costumes Are Needed for a Pickup?
Our pickup service is intended for donations large enough to reasonably justify sending a vehicle to your location.
One mask, one costume accessory or one small Halloween decoration will usually not qualify for pickup on its own.
A donation is more likely to qualify when it includes several costumes, multiple boxes of decorations, several storage containers or a combination of Halloween items with other accepted donation categories.
You do not need to count every accessory or small decoration. Provide your best estimate of the number of costumes, boxes, bags and storage containers included.
The overall donation volume, condition, location and current pickup routes will determine whether pickup is available.

Please prepare all Halloween items before your scheduled pickup.
Wash costumes: Costumes and fabric accessories should be clean, completely dry and ready to wear.

Step 1: Submit your pickup request: Provide your location, approximate number of costumes, boxes, bags and storage containers. Include a general description of what you want to donate.
Step 2: We review your request: We review the item types, condition, quantity, size, packing, location, available vehicle space and scheduled routes. We may request photographs or more information by email.
Step 3: Receive email confirmation: Your pickup is only scheduled after you receive confirmation by email. Dates and times entered on the form are requests and are not automatically secured.
Step 4: Prepare the approved items: Wash costumes, keep sets together, test powered decorations, protect fragile décor and pack everything inside strong, manageable containers.
Step 5: We collect the approved donation: Items that are broken, unsafe, contaminated, incomplete, nonworking, improperly packed or significantly different from what was described may be declined.
