Free, Fast & Local Donation Pickups in Barrie
DonateYourStuff.ca provides free donation pickup in Barrie for qualifying donations of clean, reusable clothing, household goods, books, toys, electronics, small furniture and more.
If you have several bags, boxes or household items ready to donate, you can request a scheduled pickup directly from your home instead of loading everything into your vehicle and making one or more donation drop-offs.
Tell us what you have, where you are located and your preferred pickup day and time. We will review your request and contact you by email with our pickup availability.

A Simpler Way to Donate in Aurora
When you have several bags, boxes and household items to donate, getting everything to a drop-off location can become a job on its own.
Our Barrie donation pickup service lets you include different types of accepted items in the same request. Clothing, books, toys, kitchen items, electronics, small furniture and other qualifying donations can all be collected together.
Whether you are in Allandale, Holly, Painswick, Ardagh, Letitia Heights or another part of Barrie, you can submit one pickup request and tell us what you have.
This can be especially useful when you are clearing out your home, getting ready to move, downsizing or helping a family member sort through belongings they no longer need.

When a Donation Pickup Makes Sense

Clear out clothing, books, toys, household goods and other usable items that have been taking up space in closets, spare rooms, garages, basements and storage areas.

Estate & Family Home Cleanouts
Request pickup for qualifying reusable items while helping parents, relatives or other family members sort through a home.
Larger Mixed Donations
Have bags of clothing, boxes of books, toys, electronics, kitchen items and other household goods? Different types of accepted donations can be included in the same pickup request.
Donations We Pickup
We pick up clean, reusable donations from homes, condos and apartments across Barrie, including clothing, household goods, books, toys, electronics, small furniture and other everyday items that are still in good condition.
Donations must be clean, complete, working where applicable and ready for another person to use. Items with heavy wear, stains, damage, missing parts or strong odours may be declined.
Our free Barrie donation pickup service is available throughout neighbourhoods such as Allandale, Holly, Painswick, Ardagh, Letitia Heights, Sunnidale, East Bayfield, Cundles East, Little Lake and surrounding areas.
Accepted donations are kept in circulation through appropriate reuse channels rather than being treated as waste.

How Barrie Donation Pickup Works
1. Tell Us What You Have
Complete the online request form with your Barrie address, donation details and preferred pickup date.
Photos can be added when they help us confirm the item type, condition or size.
2. We Review Your Request
Our team checks the items, donation volume, location and current route availability.
Submitting the form does not automatically secure your preferred date. We will contact you to confirm whether we can accept the pickup and provide an available pickup window.
3. Prepare the Donations
Place smaller items in securely closed bags or boxes. Keep heavier items manageable and make sure everything is ready before the driver arrives.
4. We Pick Everything Up
Your approved donations should be placed in the agreed ground-level pickup area. You may not need to be home when the items are clearly visible and accessible.
A Quick Reminder
All donated items must be in good, clean, usable condition. We reserve the right to refuse items at pickup if they don’t meet our standards.
Our focus is simple:
To keep reusable goods in circulation, provide affordable essentials to Canadian families, create local jobs, support the Family Relief Fund, and protect the environment one donation at a time.
Together, we’re building a cleaner, stronger, more caring Canada.
For more information before requesting a pickup, review our accepted donation items and read our guide on how to prepare your donations.
